Do I have to send LORs directly to AMCAS or to every school?

    Spiderman:

LORs are to be sent to med schools. AMCAS will throw them in the garbage if you send them there!!

your premed committe sends it to each school...ther letters should never go through your hands if you can help it. If you don't have a committee, have your profs send them directly to each school.

Neither did mine. Then, what your school should offer is a service where they will collect all your letters of rec and send them out to the schools you designate. Check with your school. For example, if you are a science major, you may check with the Science Department.
