Linkedin for LORs

Hey, so I have a pretty complete LinkedIn profile online. I am going to be asking for LORs soon, and I was wondering if it would be acceptable to provide my LinkedIn profile link to my LOR writers rather than constructing a resume which is basically going to say the same thing. LinkedIn also allows for more description, so I feel like it better shows me. Thanks!

You could.... but it would be easier to just make a cv even if it is similar to your linked in. Your writers may be too old to figure LinkedIn out, but overall it's just easier to have a real copy.

@JeSuisUnDoc I saw that, but for some reason it only gives a small portion of your profile and does not include any of the descriptions.
