Lippincott biochem or RR/Goljan biochem

Which of these two books is better for board review? Lippincott's review of biochem or Rapid Review biochem? Also, is it even worth reading a whole review book for biochem?

I thought that RR was the right length for review. Lippincott's is overkill after classes.
