Is there a definitive list of all candidate schools? I want to apply to all of them.

There is one on the AACP site. You can find it there.

I searched everywhere on AACP and there is no such list. The schools I know of that are pre-candidate or candidate are:

St. John Fisher
Appalachia
Sullivan
Regis
