List of programs that only want 3 vs 4 letters

Did any of my fellow neurotic SDN brethren make a list of IM programs that have specific letter # requirement (ie 3) that they do not want you to exceed ?

Tried to find the thread but couldnt find much. Are there really programs out there that require 4 letters?
