Listing Club Leadership for Unrelated Specialty?

Just another neurotic applicant question...

I'm the vice-president of a student interest group unrelated to the specialty I'm applying to. It's my only leadership experience in medical school... should I still list it? (The old vice-president quit and I was essentially handed the position because no one else was interested... Since accepting, I've played an active role in the group, however).

If you're cool with discussing your role as VP during interviews for your unrelated specialty, list it. If you'd rather not talk about it during interviews, don't list it.
