Does anyone know if the LOA required by USUHS is a DD368 (Request for Conditional Release) or is it something entirely different? I am currently serving in the Army National Guard. I have a DD368 completed for my HPSP packet and I'm wondering if the same form can be sent to USUHS as well. The DD368 I have lists the gaining Component as AMEDD.
