Hello,

I am new to the forum and trying to learn as much as possible about options for repaying medical school loans. I am just starting my third year and have heard talk about some residencies that pay some or all of your loans off. Has anyone done this or knows about this? Also, if some people could tell me their experiences with loan repayment or what their planning that would be helpful too.

Don't know of any residency programs that repay your loans but there are plenty of program for after residency that offer some loan repayment services. Check the AAMC website for some information on state repayment programs.
