guys,
does anyone know if canadian green card holders r eligible for private loans (without a cosigner)from canada/US with a positive credit history of 4 years in the US..
also to get a canadian fed loan is it required to stay and work in canada for any minimum time period?or is just eligible right away due to perm residency status....(without having worked in canada and no credit history in canada)
if eligible how much is the maximum annual loan that one may approx get without a cosigner?
any info will be appreciated,

canadian residents are eligeble without any co signer if credit rating is good up to 45,000cad$.To get provincial loans one has to stay , work , in that province for 12 months.I am not aware if they accept us credit history.
