Your complete lack of shadowing and low clinical and non clinical volunteering hours will limit your chances for interviews. You should accumulate 50 hours of physician shadowing (including primary care) and another 100 hours of clinical volunteering with patient contact before you apply.

Sorry but no shadowing means pretty much no chance. Wait until you get at least 50 hours before applying. Too many applicants have more than zero documentable hours.
