The "no meat" policy is actually quite nice. If you've always wanted to go vegetarian, there's your chance. I've been there and don't worry, it's not all freakish vegetarian food. Some of it is actually nice and greasy, and not much healthier than the usual meaty stuff.
I know some nursing and dental hygiene students there, and yes, there are complaints about cafeteria food - but isn't that just about a universal law? Everyone at some point has complaints about their school's cafeteria.
Oh yeah, they also charge for the condiments... like 5, 10 cents for those tiny foodservice packets of mayonnaise, ketchup, etc.
