Ooohhh, good point. Any self-respecting, half-way decent, board certified plastic surgeon wouldn't go through the trouble of putting out an online add to barter. He'd just call up a classy escort service. He's probably one of those docs who went to some obscure Caribbean school, got a residency in Bumville Nebraska, and is now doing plastic surgery in the homes of his patients using cake spatulas as retractors.

There is no plastics residency in NE. But all the other residencies are excellent and put out well trained physicians.
