I am looking for a female medical/grad student who is willing to share a 2bedroom/1bath rowhouse. The apartment comes with AC units, washer and dryer, garbage disposal and wall to wall carpeting. The Rent is $820+ Gas+ Electric. The house is really nice and is situated in a family/student dominant neighborhood.
It is quiet and pleasant, close to I-76, Grocery stores, St. Joes and PCOM, Target and the shopping centers around the area. Ideal for PCOM, Temple and Drexel medical students. We have quite a few students living in our neighborhood.
I am very clean, vegetarian, love to cook and spend a good amount of time studying (mostly at home). I prefer roommates with similar interests and who are respectful and considerate.
