Hi,

I'm interested in obtaining a comprehensive book with radiographic images across all systems, and all major modalities (MRI, CT, Xray mostly, maybe sonogram).

Anyone know of such a book.

Thanks,

j0v

Blueprints for Radiology is pretty good. It is comprehensive in the sense that it covers most radiographic techniques. However, it is Blueprints, so it does not go into tremendous detail. Overall, it gives god med school level advice on reading CXR, Abdominal, etc. plain films, and tries to cover MRI, CT, etc. Also has ultrasound.

any thoughts on the lange basic radiology book? it is in casebased format
