Georgetown is big into "spiritual" medicine and addressing the patient as a whole, from what I've read in the Interview feedback forums (try looking at some of their questions, they also seem to be sort of anti-HMO). They have some research exploring things like the effects of prayer on patient outcomes and I believe they teach acupuncture and other alternative med techniques (I can't remember if I saw that on their site or on SDN).

keep in mind there are also integrative medicine fellowships out there if that's what you're interested in pursuing. So taht's something post-residency.

University of Arizona has a great program, and it has Dr. Weil, the guru of integrative medicine.
