Looking for a Good Resource.

Hello fellow future physicians,

I'm an MS1 about to begin a long summer between years 1 and 2 and am planning a study schedule. I'm looking for a resource (preferably 1 or 2) that I can read or study, and in doing so:

1. prepare myself for step 1
2. give myself a strong foundational base in the medical disciplines so when I get to the wards I will know what I should know at that point.

I would like a resource that not only includes high yield facts, but also explains the physiology, pathophysiology, etc. behind the diseases and their treatments.
