Looking for a job in critical medicine

I am currently working as medical officer (ICU/Anaesthesia) for 1 1/2 years looking for a job in Singapore. I have done my medical degree in one of the faculty which is under the scheduled faculty by Singapore Medical Council.I have completed my internship in July 2010. Will anybody advice me on finding a job in the field of critical care
