Looking for housing in Kirksville

Moving to KCOM this summer and need to find a place to live near campus. If you know of a CLEAN, close to KCOM place (or room) that is availible, please let me know. Also, if you are in need of a roomate --I will probably need that as well (it seems like most of the places for rent are 2 bedroom). Concerning potential roommates: I am a 26 YO male, clean, and easy going. I will be ready to move in around the 1st of August (though, early July is workable).
