Looking for PGY-1 Prelim (Will swap PGY-1 Prelim Internal Med. in Long Island)

I matched into a reputable Preliminary program in Internal Medicine in Long Island (~30 miles east of Manhattan, ~15 miles east of Queens).

I would like to swap into any PGY-1 preliminary program (either Internal Medicine, Surgery, or Transitional Year) anywhere in Florida (ideally Gainesville, FL) or the Southeast US.

My fiancee matched in a psychology internship at UF; unfortunately, it was not possible for us to couples match because the match systems are not linked. We'd like to be closer to each other next year.
