LOR after graduating

I have been working as a GP for 2 years and would like to apply to pedo by next year. However, I'm not sure if I should ask for letters of rec from my dental school since I graduated in 2005. I know I can ask my boss, but who else should I ask? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Some programs will specify who should write the letters. Consider asking a variety of sources: a dental school professor that knows you well, your boss and definitely one of your undergrad pedo professors.
