I currently need one more lor. There is only one school that I plan on applying to that uses the new LOR request thingy on the application. I am taking classes this summer so I may be able to get a prof. to write it sometime in july or august. Well, I would like to know if I should just submit before getting that last LOR.

The question below is answered in the AMCAS LOE sticky at the top of the forum. It doesn't directly address your question, but might be some help to you.

No. But they will need to be sent in before your secondaries can be considered "complete." In other words, you can send the LOEs anytime up until the deadline for the secondary application. However, the earlier the better.
