LOR From Anatomy Prof [Not Bio Dept]

I'm considering taking a class called "Clinical Perspectives of Human Anatomy" offered by the Medical Sciences Department as opposed to a Biology department. Would getting a LOR from this professor count as a "science" professor for dental schools? Also, would it go into my BCP GPA even though it isn't officially under the biology department?

Yes it's science. Yes you can classify it as a Biology course when you input your courses on AADSAS.
