Hi,
I'm currently taking a sociology core class that only has 30 people in it and I'm doing well in the class. I would like to ask my professor for a letter of recommendation to satisfy the non science requirement. However, he is sick and has to miss some classes occasionally due to it (I'm not sure exactly what he has but he says it's some sort of digestive disorder). Do you think I should ask him for a LOR or will it be selfish of me and only stress him out and also be unreliable? TIA.
