LOR Question

I am currently a freshman at college, and am aware that to get into medical school, you need a few LORs from professors. Should I start getting on their good side now, or do LORs matter most when coming from sophomore/junior year professors? Any help?

YES GET THEM EARLY. It's really crappy to ask professors that you have a lukewarm relationship with for a letter just b/c you need one more science letter.
