For OSU:
2 or more academic letters and one committee letter.

However I had three academic and one personal letters and I was fine. My school doesn't do committee letters though.

From OSU's web site...
"A complete application includes two or more academic letters OR one committee letter."

I simply sent in a committee letter, you gave me palpitations there for a minute...

hehe, sorry. I wasn't sure what the exact requirements were so I looked it up on my status page. The little "about" link led me astray, or maybe I read it wrong.
