LOR writer said she doesn't need CV

My physics professor just told me she would be happy to write me a LOR. She writes based on class performance so no CV or anything will be needed.
what do you guys think?
 
I'd suggest sending her an email saying "thank you again, and by the way, here is some of the great stuff I've been up to..."

I was talking to an ADCOM from UCSF and he said they really hate letters that just go "I had Steve in my Biology class. He attended a number of office hours and participated in class. He earned an A in my class. I am sure he will be a wonderful dental student."

So, if this professors knows you a little you might be alright, but otherwise, I'd send her a little blerb about yourself.
