Lost my THX password

Hi

I'm so frustrated. I kept my verification email and password in my school account. HOwever, just after I graduated, my school changed servers, and deleted my old account. They did not foreword my old emails to the new account they set up for me. As a result, I have no idea what my aamc login password is. And If i ask them to send me a new password, it gets sent to an email address that does not exist anymore

I tried emailing them a few days ago, no response, and their phone number is so useless.. holding for a long time.

any ideas?? this is holding up my application right now. I DO know my MCAT ID #, and my test scores, date and my Test date ID too...


any suggestions?

I was on hold at AAMC for like 30 mins when I wrote this thread. Right after I clicked sumit somebody answered. After badgering me for a while, they sent me a new password at a new email address. Thank the maker!

If you already e-mailed the aamc through [email protected] then I would try re-registering you account and/or contact your school to temporarily access you e-mail address and then click lost password on your THx page.
