Medical Lots of errors in my primary application, am I screwed?

1. Titled one activity as "Research Assistant" when I was actually "Research Lead," but continued to refer to myself as Research Lead in the activity description
2. Referred to a healthcare organization "____ Clinic" instead of "____ Healthcare"
3. Referred to myself as "Chair" of an organization instead of "______ Chair" of in an activity and it's description

Am I screwed from receiving any interviews? All my hours are good, my LizzyM is 73 and I ran my personal statement through many people who said it was good but are these little errors gonna kill my chances?

No, they will not kill your chances. How would the admissions committee know in your primary/secondary applications that there were a few errors? You can always clear it up if it comes up in an interview, but I think you should be okay.

They are trivial to me, and honestly, I don't think screeners are going to care. Faculty interviewers who may have more time to look at your activities won't usually audit or ding you for these things.

Sounds absolutely trivial. I would not worry about this, and I would not bring it up on interviews.

Agree with the above. The main things are your GPA, MCAT, LOR, and hours. Whether you were the "head leader" or "second leader" or "leader" does not matter.
