Loud Concert Effects and Advice

Someone's gotta have some advice for this:

I went to a loud concert on Saturday.

My left ear is still ringing a bit.

Thoughts on anything I can do to treat it?

Maybe try to isolate yourself from loud noises and get some sleep? If it still doesn't go away, you may wanna go speak to an ENT about it. Hope it works out!

Dude, that's a clear sign that you've damaged your hearing. You better hope you don't lose too much hearing in that ear.
