there’s a real chance my Physics 2 course is going to be canceled due to low enrollment (only 5 registered for lecture and 4 for the lab). I want to have a backup plan ready.
1) Any ideas on what to do in this situation? I’ve already put on AMCAS that I was enrolled to take this course at this college.
2) Would I need to update the schools I applied to if I have to take it elsewhere beforehand?
1) Plan to take it during the following term when it's likely there will be far more enrollees.

2) No. Whichever med school you ultimately decide to attend will require a final original transcript proving you took the course and earned a decent grade.
