Low gpa. But upward trend?

3.2 but starts at 2.1 to a 4.0 my last summer. Basicly, does a trend help over an overall level of constant gpa? I'm sick to my stomach with this crap.

Yes it helps a bit to have an upward trend ( from what all us pre-dents think atleast).

if it makes you feel better, I got a 2.1 in one of my first semesters freshmen year.

yes big time. It shows maturity. If I remember correctly, you scored very well on the DAT too, that + upward = interviews
 
That's exactly my story. I have a 3.38 total, 3.26 science, 3.18 bcp, but a 4.0 upward trend the past 3 semesters. I'm hoping that'll pay off.
