Low GPA Chances?

I am entering my junior year in college and have around a 2.3 gpa i am still undecided major
can i turn it around and still have a chance in getting into medical school? even if i do extensive volunteering in and out of hospitals and get my grades up ?

Ace everything from here on in; retake all F/D/C science coursework. Also consider a second career. Always prudent to have a backup plan.
