Low GPA Decent MCAT

As I go through the AMCAS application process, I get more nervous about my qualifications.

I have a 2.7 GPA and a 36 MCAT score. I am a math & chemistry major at MIT and I have a pretty decent works/activities list.

Does anyone know my chances of getting into medical school and what range of schools I could expect to get interviews from?

How many credit hours make up that 2.7? What is your BCPM GPA? Why is your cGPA so low? Do you have a recent upward grade trend?
