Low MCAT, Good GPA, Solid ECs

What are my chances:

MCAT: 24M GPA: 3.60 Sci GPA 3.55
Weekly mentoring
160 hours of shadowing in surgery
2.5 years of research, one publication in Review (5th author), another soon for print (2nd author)
Actively involved in the theater
Just got EMS license

I've known URM's with significantly lower stats than you (both MCAT and GPA) so if you're a URM I think you're in great shape.

If not, would re-taking the MCAT be an option? Or who knows, I don't know a whole lot about DO's, but from what I understand those are reasonable stats for DO programs.

Oops, I mean to say that I've known URM's with lower stats that got in to respectable US MD programs. Sorry if I wasn't clear.

I'm pretty sure I don't qualify as URM and I wouldn't be able to take the MCATs again until probably April with class and theater commitments.
