No idea on recommendations, other than to say virtually all lower and mid-tier type programs. Anything with a big name, don't waste your money. Probably the most you could do to improve your chances is have very strong letters of recommendation. Passing Step 3 in advance is a good idea too. Also, if you do get any interviews, your English better be darn near flawless, both written and spoken. Those USMLE scores will scare a lot of program directors.

Agreed. It sounds like your resume may catch some eyes, but you will need a bit more than that too keep their attention. If your letters are strong, together that may get you interviews. At that point, it will all be about how well you communicate and if you come across as someone who is easy to work with.
