lower tier out of state schools for fl resident

I was wondering if you all could name some lower tier schools that are out of state for florida residents.....i've read some forums where they say many schools that pick a lot of cali residents, but are there any where fl residents have a pretty good chance........assuming, 3.7+ and 30+ and all the ohter volunteer, research...etc.........basically a regular applicant...........

Not really sure if there is something special for FL residents. But there is a southern college alliance. Which accepts some students from the southern states.

there's nothing special for floridians...we're kinda just scattered around
