I'm a reapplicant and was wondering if people could list lower tier schools that tend to accept more out of state applicants. I'm a New York State resident so I would prefer to stay in the northeast but am willing to apply more broadly this time and look at schools outside the northeast.

This spreadsheet really helped me when deciding which schools to explore:

It gives the breakdown of GPA, MCAT, % out of state interviewed/accepted, etc. It's really a great tool when assessing your chances based on numbers. Granted, it takes more than numbers to get an acceptance, but this gives a good idea of where to look.

My advice is to plug in your numbers and explore your options. Go to the school websites and make sure the school would be a good fit for you. Alos, check out the school specific threads. Hope this helps.
