• Wolves had double kills until Crayola came on board; something about her addition potentially shifted balance <--- not sure if timing actually matches up here or not, though.

• Protect genny N1 --> genny protected N1, blocked N2
• Protect herself N2 --> she is protected N2, blocked N3 (night cancel anyways)

(May be why we haven't seen the block message pop back up -- because it's happening on herself?)

• Wolf roles are all the mega legendary serpentine sea/water monsters: hydra, {role name hidden in case I'm wrong} ...maaaaybe nessie??? what if allie-dubz was unseerable, and that's why allie ran for mayor . Although, not sure if nessie counts as "serpentine," exactly.

• The reason why I think this could MAYBE fit is that there literally has not been a single serpentine villager monster that has been killed or identified. Not a one. Everything village has been some other kind of creature.
  • Slight hiccup is that Scylla is mythologically a sea serpent, if going by the Odyssey. However, the combo nature of the role with Charybdis (a whirlpool) could be a workaround, and Scylla is also sometimes considered to be a treacherous rock formation vs. a beast.
• IF TRUE, though:
  • Dolphin is probably slam dunk wolf; SOV started village, as did AM.
• Potential roles we would be looking for would include: Midardsormr/Jörmungandr, Leviathan, Tiamat, Ogopogo.

Just looking at the two days that SAR was the runner up. The people on boo and coffee are my top picks for wolf. So that is SOV, stagg, dolphin, bj and Pip. Like I said before, I'd like to believe pip due to the night cancel, but she's been doing a stellar job at lynching villagers this game, which has made me side eye. I'm still not willing to take her down just yet.

Well, my vote is currently on dolphin, so I obviously feel she is sketch in some ways. KC I am more unsure about because she seems like her village self to me. I'm more worried about skim than I am KC

See above. Also, regarding skim, see her voting record. There's something I want to check but iirc she voted for SAR almost every day.

@Skimble any thoughts on KC's reveal to you?

I admit I always have a hard time reading KC. I feel like she and I often agree on things, which makes me think she's village, but I've been wrong in the past. Her reveal didn't tell me much. Her ability has been village, wolf, chaos, and maybe even neutral (I'm not sure about that one).

I am still stuck on the supposed attacks on AM...where there were never any 2nd attacks on anyone else.

Claiming protector would be a ballsy move, but I wouldn’t put it last kaydubs making a wolf protector. But a wolf protector who seems as village would be an awesomely strong role. I am not putting my vote there again, but I am not comfortable with this inconsistency either.

KC and I actually wolfed a game together where there was a wolf protector, but there was also a night assassin. Mel was an assassin, though I'm not sure if we were told day or night, so... this is a good thought. I felt better about AM after her reveal, so I'm not ready to lynch her today, but you have a point that she could be a wolf protector.

We did have two deaths n1, so not "never"
Haven't had another successful double kill night though, this is true. Was surprised at the apparently single attack last night actually.

Agree, I do not like that claim with that role at ALL...nor the fact that it just says "wolf" next to SAR's name. Kinda feels like they're redacting some ability info.

Not quite sure what to make of this. Someone who knows what the top two gifs are from...help?

Heracles kills the hydra. The top two gifs are him beating back the serpent unsuccessfully. The bottom ones are him actually killing it. So it sounds like it's just the mods saying we were swinging the metaphorical swords around at SAR for so many days in a row, and finally sealed the deal.

I don't think that part of the write up is too spooky.

@WildZoo my last tinfoily thing was kind of along the lines of what you were talking about with SAR needing to get lynched...that lynch (and the repeat votes for SAR from AM & Skim, and/or the one-off vote from @Crayola227 ) would look waaaaay different in my mind if SAR needed to die for some reason.

But I don't think I like that theory in practice, because it takes a bunch of people who I'm leaning village on right now & makes them wolfy.

Not necessarily. Nessie is more of a goofy lake lizard-dinosaur in my mind than a traditional scary ocean dragon-snake thingy like the Hydra or Leviathan. Although it makes dolphin a little less likely to fit the theory if this is the distinction.

Eh then I thought about it a bit more. It depends on the versions that are being used for the various monsters. Sometimes the Hydra has clawed feet, for example. So it's maybe more like a dinosaur than a snake.

Plus, there's like salt water vs fresh water monsters, are they different, etc etc

I'm conflicted because lynching someone who isn't going to respond is boring, but I also really think kc is a wolf, and I would have expected a villager to have just defended on thread before leaving rather than putting all the eggs in a single player's basket. You need to identify what's bothering you (or at least why other people are more village), and if necessary, vote for her. Taking action on your wolf leans is important.
