I'm trying to choose between an MA and an MS program in Clinical Psychology, but I would like to continue on to a PhD afterwards. I don't want to hinder myself in any way if I choose to go with the degree in Arts instead of Science should I decide to stop at the Masters degree.

The programs I've been accepted to are comparable, but the MS program is slightly more rigorous. Would the MA/MS matter in the long run?
