so I'm sure I'm not the only one who'll have to (or has) deal with this in a few weeks, but what should i do when i'll be back with my parents for winter break, but the snail mail address i've given schools is where my college is, 2 hours away?
Acceptances letters usually have a "you need to reply within 2 weeks" clause, or something similar, and because of my school's schedule i could easily be away for 3 weeks.
any suggestions of how to handle this? for me it's not tragic because i could always spend an afternoon making the round trip to check my mail, but what about people who are really far away from home? should i call schools and warn them? ask for email notification? any ideas are appreciated.
