Main Topics on USMLE ?

Someone told me that the bulk of the questions on the USMLE are mainly Pharm, Path, Physio, and Micro...

now someone else told me it's Biochem, Path, Pharm, and Physio...

Anyone that recently took the test, can you please confirm what subjects cover the bulk of the questions?

Also, I was told that there are only like 4 - 5 total anatomy/embryo/histo questions in the ENTIRE test... is this true?

First aid is an excellent representation of the USMLE I. Imagine if every topic in first aid were split up equally into 350 questions. That's what step I looks like. In other words, if there are 4X the number of facts on a particular topic in first aid, there will probably be 4X the number of questions on that topic in step I.
