making MCAT Flashcards, Helpful or waste of time?

Hello Everyone,
so i have the Kaplan Review books and i have been turning every chapter into flashcards on Quizlet. this is taking a long time and i end up spending more time on each chapter than i should. so do you guys think that this is a waste of time or will it pay off at the end when i start reviewing content?
Also, there are the Kaplan Flashcards app that i have. do you think this would be enough review of the basics?

Don't make flash cards separately...when you are reviewing the chapters and doing practice questions related with the chapters or topics ..then keep making small points or notes of important things which you feel may help you later also.
