If you work at a hospital and dont have a private practice, do you still have to pay for your own malpractice insurance or does the hospital cover you?

Is there any institution(s) that will cover you for insurance once you leave residency and start practicing?

if you contract for a hmo/preferred provider network, they may front the bill for malpractice insurance
