The game's almost over.. Shouldn't those of us who were put on the 'hold pool' be getting acceptances/rejections by now? I hear schools like USC fill up most of their seats by March.. but I've only heard of people accepted soon after their interviews rather than those who wait for months (I assume they are put on some sort of hold pool like UCSD's but are inconsiderate for keeping the applicants in the dark. Is the same true for 2nd-tier schools? They should have a high turnover and we should be hearing from them? Someone please tell me that I'm wrong, as I am very low on hope. It sucks to go so far, to get 2ndaries, interviews and even put on their wait/alternate list… and then get rejected.
