Lotte17-
Good luck on your interview. The health science building is amazing... state of the art everything. I was extremely impressed. The building is designed to overlook the mountains from almost any part. The program itself is interprofessional- so the OTs, PTs, and PAs all work together in applicable classes.
I had my interview two weeks ago, and just received my acceptance! I will more than likely be attending here (already paid my seat confirmation).
As for the interview, they do such an awesome job at making you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. Shannon Brown was the person who welcomed us, and she really did a great job of taking some of the "pressure" off. The entire faculty not only teach, but they are all also currently practicing. There is a hospital probably 2 football fields away from the building which is pretty cool also.
The interview went really well. They seemed to be looking for passionate people and not someone who relies fully on their grades (quite a nice change from applying last year

). They really want to get to know you and what you are all about. For me it was easy because OT is something I have absolutely no doubt I want to do with my life... so assuming you are just as passionate- just be yourself as cliche as it may sound haha. They do not know too much about you except from your personal statement in OTCAS and they gave me the option to give any statements or recommendations to the admissions committee regarding my grades (which I told them to please note the upward trend and how OT has pushed me to bring out the best in myself academically).
I think you will love the area, building, and faculty. Had a very "homely" feel to it.
Best wishes on your interview! Please let us know how it went
