Master's programs affiliated with CA med schools

I am wondering if anyone could recommend some good master's programs that have an affliation with CA medical schools (especially the UC's). Also, if anyone has done such a masters, how was the experience and do you feel it really gave you an edge?

I tried doing a search, but didn't come up with anything so if there is a thread like this, please point me to it.
