Match Lists

Okay, so if a school doesn't inculde a match list in their packet, what's the best way to go about asking for one?? Do you just call Admissions and ask?? Or, do you send an e-mail to a particular person asking for one?

I requested a match list from a school a couple days ago by e-mailing the admissions office (found address on their website). I got a response within an hour, and was told that they could mail it or fax it. I just addressed the e-mail to the admissions staff.
