Matching in MD Gastro w/out USMLE?

I have a question about the chances of matching into a decent Gastro program for a DO who has chosen not to take the USMLE. I did take the COMLEX, the DO equivalent board exam and scored in the 96%tile, I am also in the top 5% of my class. I'd love to be able to apply via the ACGME route only but I'm concerned that I won't match???
