Mayo Clinic vs Cleveland Clinic elective

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing well.
I am an IMG, and I have a question regarding the elective course.
At the moment I have two acceptance for my electives: Cardiology at Mayo Clinic, Mn and Sub-I at Cleveland Clinic in the same month.
I have also applied for another month at Cleveland Clinic (cardiology), but I have not heard yet regarding that month. They usually reply to IMGs really late (30-45 days prior to the start date).
Anyway, what do you think I should do? I have heard that Sub-Is are way better for the match than any sub-specialty?
