I'll be applying to the 2018 cycle seeing as how it is very late in the 2017 cycle. How likely is it that I'll get an acceptance, should I retake my MCAT?

Do NOT retake MCAT. You are likely to get lots of IIs; getting accepted is 100% on you.

St. Louis
Albany
Rochester
Rush (note: very service/experience oriented with a 150hr service requirement. Avg student has 800 hours of community service, and >1800 hours of health care exposure.)

NYMC
MCW
VCU
EVMS
Wake Forest
Jefferson
Temple
Drexel
Creighton
Tulane
Loyola
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)

As a URM with a 510 MCAT and strong GPA you are competitive for some top schools if your activities are in order. That's why gyngyn said any OOS private that you prefer.
